2020-2021 SAFETY MEASURES

Freedom Inn is following industry best practices with all staff wearing face masks, hand sanitizer is available at entrances and body temperatures are recorded at check-in.

Guest Limits

Freedom Inn ordinarily has a maximum capacity of 44 guests. For the 2020-2021 winter, we are limiting the number of guests to 21 people with only our 11 ensuite guest rooms on offer. Single stays are encouraged unless traveling as couples or families. Only private groups will be accepted, so guests will know all others at the lodge (other than our staff) in advance.

Space Between Stays

We will require a minimum of 48 hours between any group check out and the next group check-in to facilitate a thorough cleaning between groups. In addition to the usual disinfecting and vacuuming, carpets will be steam cleaned between stays as well.

Niseko Freedom Inn has the advantage of being away from the crowds in the Hanazono section of the resort. We will not be providing van transportation this winter and encourage guests to rent cars for transportation from the airport. Our staff includes a chef who can prepare bespoke dinners. Freedom Inn is also a 5 minute walk from the Park Hyatt Hanazono, which hosts numerous dining options and conducts temperature checks on all dining and lodging guests entering the building. \We can assist with arranging private transportation between Shin-Chitose Airport and Freedom Inn. With both the ski area and the Park Hyatt within walking distance of Freedom Inn, no additional transportation is required while in Hanazono.
